What to expect at your appointment.
We want every patient to feel comfortable and informed before they arrive. Here's how the process works.
📋 First Consultation
Your first appointment typically lasts 45–60 minutes. Dr. Saleem will take a detailed case history covering your main concerns, past medical history, lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress and emotional state. Please come prepared to discuss your health openly and in detail.
🔄 Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments are shorter (20–30 minutes) and focus on assessing your response to treatment, tracking progress and adjusting the remedy if necessary. Regular follow-ups are an important part of the process.
💻 Online Consultations
Dr. Saleem offers video consultations for patients who are unable to attend in person. Online appointments follow the same format as in-person visits. Contact us to arrange a video session.
🕐 Appointment Times
The clinic operates Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm. Evening appointments may be available on request. Please contact us to check current availability.

Is homeopathy safe? +
Homeopathic remedies are prepared through extensive dilution and are generally considered safe for adults, children and during pregnancy. However, homeopathy should not delay or replace urgent medical treatment. Always inform your GP of any complementary treatments you are using.
How quickly will I see results? +
Response times vary considerably depending on the nature of the condition, its duration and the individual's constitution. Acute conditions may respond quickly; chronic conditions typically require longer treatment. Dr. Saleem will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.
Can I take homeopathy alongside conventional medicine? +
In most cases yes, but always inform your GP and Dr. Saleem of all treatments you are taking. Do not stop or alter prescribed medications without consulting your doctor first.
